We ship your brand-new clusters complete with liners, shells, weights, air tubes, claws, and a set of spare parts (including claw bowls, shut-off buttons, fixing nuts, liners, and short air tubes). The box also contains a waterproof envelope with a delivery note. Please keep the top section for your records. Complete the bottom section and place it back in the box when returning the clusters.
Fit
You fit the new clusters and keep your existing clusters with you.
Simply detach your existing clusters from your milk tube and replace them with
the new ones. The job takes no more than 20 minutes and the work is done!

Change & Collect
After 2,500 milkings, a new set of clusters will be delivered on your agreed change date.
Once the clusters have been replaced, return the used units in the provided plastic boxes and contact us to arrange collection. This also starts your next replacement cycle. Simply attach the return labels to the boxes and leave them outside your farm, and our courier will collect them within two days.

Feedback
One week after returning your used clusters, you will receive two documents by post: the Customer Report and the Liner Scoring Report. These reports provide important insights into your parlor settings and the effectiveness of your wash systems. If the Liner Scoring Report indicates any issues, it is your responsibility to take action by contacting your dealer or cleaning chemical supplier. Keep your Liner Scoring Reports as these documents could be useful for any external inspections.

Liner Exchange Service (LES) is our great value service where we change your liners for you to help you manage your dairy better. Our certified dealers or milkrite | InterPuls technician will visit your farm and ensure your system is set up correctly and establish your liner change date.
The rest is history! We will ensure all the hard work of changing the liners is done and all you will need to do is detach your old liners and shells, attach the new ones and send back the used ones!
